Hey!! I recommend running as a dryland activity to help build stamina. as for in the pool, I would suggest sets of 10x100fr or 10x200 fr on a moderate interval just to build endurance. you should be breathing hard but not killing yourself. longer swims like 4x800fr would help too. kick is important for your endurance, bc at the end of your race you need to use your legs the most, so practice kick sets like 10x50s kick or 5x100s kick (again on a moderate interval). your endurance will get better as you slowly build up the distance you swim and the pace you swim at. keep going and good luck!! xx
The fact that they make you pull yourself out of the water after a race is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard like do you know how much pain I’m in right now no go get the old people chair lift over here and you pull ME out of the water k thanks
